These terms govern your use of RingPal, an AI phone-receptionist service. By using RingPal you agree to them.
RingPal answers calls on your behalf, captures enquiries, and (depending on your plan) books jobs and notifies you. Availability is provided on a best-efforts basis; occasional downtime or errors may occur.
You confirm you're authorised to set up RingPal for your business, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you'll use the service lawfully. You're responsible for reviewing bookings and messages RingPal captures.
Plans are billed monthly (Essential £297/mo, Autopilot £497/mo) plus any one-off setup fee agreed. No long-term contract — cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
RingPal uses automated AI to handle calls. While designed to be accurate and natural, it may occasionally mishear or make mistakes. It is a tool to assist your business, not a guarantee of any outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, RingPal is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.
You may cancel any time by emailing hello@ringpal.co.uk. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
