RingPal ("RingPal", "we", "us") provides an AI phone-receptionist service for tradespeople and local businesses ("Businesses"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions? Email hello@ringpal.co.uk.
We use the information only to provide and operate the service: answering calls as the Business, capturing enquiries, booking jobs, sending confirmations, and giving the Business a summary of their calls and bookings.
When a Business connects Google Calendar, we request access only to create and manage calendar events (bookings) and read free/busy availability. We do not read personal event content beyond availability, we do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it except as needed to run the booking on the Business's behalf. Access can be revoked at any time (see §6).
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run RingPal — telephony/AI voice (Bland AI), calendar (Google), hosting (Netlify) — and with the Business whose calls we answer (their own data). We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete it. We use industry-standard security and store credentials (such as calendar access tokens) encrypted.
A Business can disconnect Google Calendar at any time via their Google Account (Security → Third-party access), or by emailing us. To request deletion of your data, email hello@ringpal.co.uk and we'll action it promptly.
Our website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function. We don't use advertising trackers.
